Need Help! *closed*

I chose 'contemplative' over at the sneezefic132 community but I can't decide what fandom to write in and I've already hit most of my major fandoms in the challenge (as well as some obscure, new ones).

Anyway, for Contemplative I have this vision of two guys in bed, one asleep and snoring and the other awake and being... contemplative while watching him sleep and enjoying the silence until sleeping guy wakes up sneezing. But I can't picture the characters or the circumstances (which are probably to be defined by the characters). So I picked some I think I can work with and I thought it'd be fun to ask y'all.

Well you know I picked the puppies, I so adore your puppies.
I was thinking you could have Remus sleeping the day after his transformation with Sirius watching. Or of course you could do Remus watching over a sick Sirius.....

I don't believe in "too predictable". I like when things (and people) are predictable. Except for books/movies/shows/stories, actually. I can't *stand* when stories are predictable. But I love planning months in advance and knowing exactly what to expect from people.

Hmm. So I like fiction to be surprising and original but I like real life to be predictable and calm. What the heck does that say about my personality and control issues? LOL I'm hopeless.

My point is, no worries.

First off... I don't like the pairing at all. I don't like mixing houses.

That being said, I'm currently writing a 6-part uber-kinky series that's Draco/Harry. LOL! And you're right, they might work for this. Angst galore :-)

I hate Harry/Draco, it just seemed like something you'd like. Actually, I hate Harry/anyone. I like him better alone. And I can't stand Draco/Hermione. Other then those, I can handle any same species pairing in Harry Potter.

Two guesses as to which one I picked...*G*

I know they're not winning now, but seriously, the list of things I came up with that either of them could be contemplating is about a mile long! There are so many differences to be explored: behavioral quirks, sleeping with eyes open or shut, racial physical features (like pointy ears or the presence or absence of facial hair, just to name a few), angsty emotional issues, worries about outside events, and I could go on and on. Either one could easily be the one sleeping, but your suggested plot made me think of your other fic where Legolas was snoring and Gimli covered for him. *giggles at the remembrance*

I know a lot of those things I listed could be applied to any fandom, and I know I'm outnumbered in my pairing preferences by the hoardes of HP fans, but here's hoping you return to the elf and dwarf soon, whether it's this particular bunny or not!

Heehee. Actually (and I don't know if everyone can see the list, or just me) I am able to see exactly who voted for which pairing in the poll. But I definitely didn't need two guesses as far as your vote :-)

There really are just so many lovely visuals to use as far as elf observations go, you're so right.

But this reminds me. I started a thank you fic a little while ago and then forgot about it. Must try to write a little tonight after I finish correcting archive mistakes. I am DETERMINED to get through your list tonight! *sits up triumphantly in her chair*
