More movies...

tarotgalMade boyfriend watch the first X-men movie tonight. I think he liked it. He's never seen the show(s) or comics but the movie does good background so he was good, I think. I'm hoping I can drag him to the movies Friday, if not sooner :-) We shall see. I'm dying to see X2 :-)
I watched 'But I'm a Cheerleader' tonight. I've seen it once before, when I was at home for a vacation my mother and I watched it together on one of our late-night HBO fests. I mistakenly got a copy of it tonight and said what the heck. Kinda fits into my QAF obsession as of late. LOL It was wonderful- I'd missed the very beginning the first time, so that was nice to see. I'm thinking of buying on DVD, just cuz it's MUCH too funny not to own a copy of. All that pink and blue... my GODS all I could think of was how much fun it would be to be the wardrobe and props people for that movie!!! Of course, it's got fabulous messages and all that coming of age/realization stuff that I dig. It's such a cute movie :-) SO extreme that it's believable, you know? LOL Yeah... maybe I'll go buy a copy... lol
On another note, I'm trying to finish up the next chapter of 'Deadly Medicine'. It's going all right... hoping to post it tonight. :-)
