Yesterday was crazy and stressful. So much so that I e-mailed in sick for the morning. We started the Benji cat on a new bottle of insulin and did a full blood curve on him. I'm the only one who can hold him and calm my mother down enough so she can draw the blood. The cat was NOT happy by the end of tesing (which happened every two hours for 10 hours)
The Capitals won tonight, finally! They had an EXCELLENT game. Ollie was spectacular and the goals we got were fantastic. The poor guys have been so sick lately. There's a flu bug going around on the team. And I can't help but daydream about it (especially bachelors Sutherby and Eminger who live together and who were both sick at the same time... Eminger's the one who hugged me last year). I swear, I don't even need fanfic when there's so much talk about this stuff. Guuhhhh. Have I mentioned that the backup goalie is engaged to a woman who lives in my town? *sigh* If only... *EG*
I uploaded some new pretty icons. I still need a good thank you icon (for thanking people when they give me things) if anyone comes across any or wants to make one for me (if you did, I'd thank you for the icon using the icon LOL!)
I'm soooooooooooooo behind in e-mail and replying to LJ comments. I plan to catch up tomorrow. But sorry if you've sent me something and I haven't said anything yet!
