Stephen Fry seems to be haunting me this week... and I'm perfectly fine with that!

He showed up unexpectedly in last Sunday's Extras (which was a hoot! I can't wait to see Ian on tonight's episode!) and then, suddenly, he's in Bones (mmm David and Stephen sharing scenes). Today, I'm watching Mirrormask and then, as the librarian character began speaking, I said out loud "Hey! I recognize that voice!" I find it pretty funny that he keeps, er, popping up everywhere around me. But I definitely don't mind :-)

Apparently he's also going to be narrating the UK version of the 7th Harry Potter audio book. Just to increase your haunting.

Have you seen "A bit of Fry and Laurie"? So funny. Hugh Laurie is great.

It's tg... I'm at work and not signing in :-)

Actually, he's narrated every single one of the HP books- that's how I first met Stephen Fry! I had no doubt that after the first six, he'd be asked back for book 7.

I've listened to a bit of his book 5 (audio samples on the Scholastic or Amazon sites) but I definitely prefer Jim Dale and the US version to Stephen and the UK version. Even though both have British accents :-)

I haven't seen their show, though I've heard many speak so fondly of it. I can't stand House, but it's House's character I dislike. And as I enjoyed watching Hugh on SNL, I don't think my dislike of House will carry over to the show.
