So last night frankly SUCKED. Diabetic kitty started getting sick again. Luckily it was on the down side of the curve and we only had to wait 9 hours before the vet opened in the morning. And he was sick but could hold out until morning so no midnight runs to the emergency room. But it required many blood tests every hour throughout the night (i.e. no sleep) and much cleaning up of the v-stuff (i.e. ICK!). I had a headache all day, though I managed to get a little bit done, and I've been super-sleepy, too. And we had to pull all the cats' dry food because sick kitty can't eat dry food for a while (has nothing to do with the pet food scare). The other cats have been going crazy with only limited access to their food.

But tonight... tonight ROCKED. I finished a Legolas/Gimli story Lady Korana inspired me to write... I'm not sure I'm past the writer's block yet but I'm feeling incredibly improved. Which is fabulous. I don't have a Weasley twins April Fools day story, but I'm looking forward to seeing if any of the HP sites do anything cute again this year! Anyway, I just finished that story, and I'm feeling better for some reason. And I just watched 'Holiday', which I LOVED! Then I get some feedback on a story I was struggling with which was soooooooo nice to get. I feel all happy and warm and fuzzy... it's just one of those moments where everything feels good, you know?

I've got to go move my car before I shower and turn in for the night. But barring that, I should be in bed "early" with my nice clean, new, green, flannel, soft sheets and I don't plan on waking up again for a LONG time. heehee

OH! And my second BookCrossing Challenge starts today! Happy almost Tartan Day, everyone! heehee :-)
