Re-reading HP

I wasn't planning to do this... but I think I might re-read the HP books (i.e. listen to the audio books) 1-6 before the last book comes out.

I think I will too. Last year my friends and I went to the bookstore thing ("Midnight Magic Party") and there was this guy dressed as Lucius. He had the cane and cape and everything. His hair was even long and blondish silver. And it was a little too perfect to be a wig, if you get the picture. Jerk too, but maybe because he was talking and acting like Lucius.

So anyway, there was this trivia game, and my friend Maggie and this guy (who introduced himself to us as Lucius Malfoy) were the filanlists. And she beat him.

I bombed early on "What does Dumbledore want for Christmas?" Apparently he wants socks, not a fruit basket. So I want to do better this year.

Aw, that sounds like so much fun... though I would have been terribly creeped out by the Lucius guy. I like extreme fans but that's taking it a tad too far. LOL Good for your friend for beating him at trivia- that's fantastic!!

Of course he wanted socks... at least, as far as we know! That's what he SAYS he saw in the mirror. But people insist on giving him books. :-(
