Happy Halloween, everyone!!! Mwah!

Okay, so it's a BUSY week. I've been running around these last few days and then cleaning in my spare time because I won't be cleaning in November. Tomorrow I'm going to a Halloween party (as a Hufflepuff... I haven't tried the costume out, so I hope it's all right!) and I'm planning to leave so I can get home in time to start writing for NaNoWriMo just after the clock strikes midnight!

I'm a little nervous about NaNoWriMo still... not sure I made the right choice with the story and I don't have it as planned out as I'd hoped... but I'll make it work or die trying. I cleared off my cork board tonight so I can put notes and pictures/diagrams up on it. I'm also hoping to try out a few coffee shops around here to write at. Maybe I'll get lucky and find one that will be receptive to being an Official BookCrossing zone.

Then BOTH my regular local libraries are having book sales. One goes from Thursday through Saturday. The other from Friday to Sunday. So I'll be running around buying books like crazy this week, too.

I'm excited! :-)

Happy Halloween!

My work is letting us dress up this year, so long as the costumes are not indecent or keep us from being able to perform our jobs, so I may possibly be going as a Gryffindor. I'm still not sure I'll dress up at all, as my shift is from 9:30pm Wednesday to 7:30 am Thursday, so technically the bulk of my shift isn't even on Halloween, but I don't think anyone will give me a hard time so we'll see.
