Fic update: I'll have a two giftfics up today (well, one fic and one chapter of a fic). I'm doing pretty well on the others with 5 started substantially. And since Tuesday was my last work day of 2008, I should have plenty of time to get a handful of them written and posted.

My Christmas has been a bit anti-climactic so far, as I opened all my presents on Sunday at my parents' house and then went back to work last night. However, work was really slow last night and I just finished, um, shall we say, 'obtaining' a copy of tonight's new Doctor Who Christmas Special, so I'm hoping to smuggle my laptop to work with me tonight. If not, I'll watch it tomorrow morning. Goodness knows when we'll get to see it in the states...there's no listings for it for the foreseeable future, and I just don't have that kind of patience! *G*

If my plans hold, your package should go out in the mail tomorrow. If I end up being slow at wrapping, it'll go out Saturday...

I haven't gotten it yet, but the weather out here has been absolutely awful for the last week and I'm sure that's slowed shipping to the Midwest. No worries. It'll show eventually.

Speaking of weather, we're actually having yet another bout of freezing rain right now, on top of the layers of ice that are already here. It's supposed to warm up a lot later, but I think I'll be waiting until tomorrow to venture to the post office. Gives me plenty of time to see if I can do anything about the DW Christmas Special though. ;-)

Hope you're having a nice Christmas! I have a present I have to get out in the mail for you as well...I'm so bad about those things. I think it's actually going to be about 2 or 3 years' worth. Just have to get it all together then to the post office...
