tarotgalI watched the last two QAF-UK episodes just now. Lots of interesting spins and issues- and some things that actually shocked me! (and you know how hard that is...)
Usually with last episodes I'm sobbing because the series is at an end... but I actually laughed a lot through this one. And was clapping and laughing at the ending. Ended perfectly it did! Awww!!! I figured it out halfway through the last ep... and was so impressed that not only was I right but watching it was even better than I'd guessed. It's really not any show that makes a last episode so fucking perfect that even though I know it's the end, I'm still smiling and happy for all the characters.
Of course, I AM sad it had to end... Craig Kelly is SUCH a cutie. And it really interesting seeing where Brian, Michael and Justin came from, even if the three are much different from Stuart, Vince and Nathan. But it was a fabulous series :-) I loved it!
What's even more interesting is that the last bit of the episode/series is in a mixed fandom music video I watched MANY many moons ago (Laura Shapiro's 'Wouldn't it Be Nice?') and I never knew it came from QAF. Sort of makes things come full circle, you know? I like when things work out like that. *G* Awwww. Little Vince and Stuart :-)
Now if I could only get rid of this bloody headache I'll be all set.
