Fun!

Harry Potter birthday party was loads of fun. Charades wasn't as much fun as usual, unfortunately. We changed the forumla and setting and I think it suffered on both counts. But it was still good times. And my goal posts *mostly* worked. Also, one of my BookCrossing friends came, which was so awesome. My sister bailed on me, as usual and gave me the flimsiest excuse ever: driving 20 minutes away was too much of a gas expense for her. This from a girl who has a part-time job and drives 30 to see her boyfriend on a daily basis. Anyway, it was still great and you should have SEEN the amazing cake one of the DADAers made. Un-friggin-believable. Harry would have been awestruck.

I just realized I got mail today. What arrived? The NCIS zine I just bought a couple days ago. OMG I didn't expect it so quickly. I just finished reading it not even 3 weeks ago but I think I want to read it again already... I am seriously addicted to Xanthe's stories right now. I go through phases of obsession. I'm just wondering how long this one will last. But I'm going to enjoy it while I can because, oh, it's SO freakin good...
