Confession

tarotgalI've got a confession... I love this blanket so much I want to marry it:
My mother gave it to me as a Valentine's Day present this year. It's plush red plaid on one side and soft white, uh, something on the other side that is so freakin soft. It is SO warm and soft and it's SO nice to get all curled up with to read or sit at my computer. Today I spent a lot of time with it on the couch. It's warm out, and this blanket is SUPER warm. But when it was cold out, this blanket was still SUPER warm. Warmest blanket in the world that doesn't plug in and potentially cause fires that would burn down my house (um, I'm a little paranoid about fires). Anyway, just felt like sharing my love. Apparently it's made by Threshhold and the blankets are $20 at Target. Don't know if this particular model is seasonal or not as I didn't buy it in the first place. But, gods, it is so soft and warm and snuggley. Love blanket... so much...

hp_may_madness. I'm starting to lose steam. I'm writing fics that fit in my "Great Beyond" post-series universe, so I'm limited in pairings (i.e. Sirius and Remus are both dead). And I just haven't been in the mood to write anything super kinky. In fact, I've written some pretty damn depressing stories so far... like Ginny finding out she has cancer and then her wake after she dies. But it's nice having an excuse to write in that series and fill in some of the gaps with things that were in my head and now are realized stories. Except, I didn't have that many things in my head to start with and now it threatens to be a series of Oliver/Marcus and Neville/Charlie pr0n fics.
In other other news, there was this sick!Sam fic I read a long time ago on fanfiction.net. I'm 99% sure it was pulled off the site, but just in case it still exists somewhere or someone actually downloaded it... it involved Sam cursed to have a cold for an entire year. And there was so much sneezing!Sam and care-giving!Dean and I'd love to read it again.
