I haven't completely settled on the name yet, so I haven't bought a domain name. But I'll post again when I do. For now, you're welcome to follow and read. I'd love comments.

Date: 2013-11-13 12:21 am (UTC)Speaking of Legos, just curious on how you organize and store the little accessories that come with the minifigs. I have little glass jars I've been thinking of putting mine in but it doesn't seem lie the best way to keep them.

As for how I organize minifig accessories, I buy storage containers in the jewelry department for my minifigs and their accessories. Here, I'll take a photo...

I also have a bunch of small containers (like gladware containers) for small collections of pieces... like I have one small container of just computer terminals and another of crates and trashcans. It honestly just depends on how many pieces you have and how you want to be able to access them. I like the divided boxes because I can organize but it also lets me root around in each compartment for what I need.
Some people I know use sorting drawers that they sell at the hardware store for storing screws and nails and such. I like the jewelry cases, though, because I can grab one and carry it to wherever I'm building. Some people like the drawers because they can pull a drawer out entirely and just carry that one thing where it needs to go.
Totally up to you! Here are some other photos of my LEGO organization (both messy and not): http://www.kintailscape.com/lego/category/work-space/
