Squeeeeee! What cuteness and such wonderful timing too, seeing as I just saw The Hobbit again today...for the 4th time and counting, lol! I've got elf on the brain nearly full time right now. :)

I'm with you, I had missed these guys. Plus all the little details like Legolas's ears twitching, "Galu", and the fabulous spellings you use to make his sneezes sound more elvish ( plus the build ups , always always those)..feels like coming home.*happy sigh*

Loved Legolas rubbing his poor nose into Gimli's tunic, and all the cuddling. so sweet. Yay for rescuing a dwarf too, excellent reason to get cold and wet. And Arod, yay mention of him too! And yay for observant Aragorn...pretty much yay all around!

Wow... seeing it 4 times... that's incredible. I saw it for the second time last night. Still didn't love it :-( I liked it a lot, but there was too much that bothered me. Pretty elves though.

*beams* So glad you liked all of those! Thanks for the great feedback. Legolas nuzzling his sniffly nose against Gimli was my favorite part, too :-) Originally I had them riding an hour to find a clearing so they could make a fire--he was definitely an elfsicle at that point. But I couldn't be that mean to him and it seemed unlikely they wouldn't be able to find somewhere safe to make a fire in all that time. And originally it was a whole handful of dwarves, which made no sense at all--Aragorn and Gimli just standing there while Legolas saves them all? Ugh. What was I thinking? LOL

I'd almost forgotten about the ear twitching when Legolas is sexually excited or needs to sneeze, but it just came out when I was writing--writing sneezy!Legolas is like riding a bike... except I don't really ride bikes since I fell off the last one. I'm glad you liked all the little details. I felt a bit rusty writing it, so I'm really glad you liked it.

I adore the ear twitching...so much so that over the last few days I've re-read over half the fics in the LOTR section on your website. ("Time to Come in From the Cold", omg even more fabulous than I remembered!)

Haha, considering I saw FOTR, TTT, and ROTK in the theater 10 times each, two for Hobbit pt 1 and four for part 2 is nothing!
I'll probably stop at 5 for part 2 because I'm mostly only watching for the elves at this point.
