Just Some Updates

tarotgal1. I'm seeing my dentist and my gp doctor on Thursday. We'll see what happens.
2. I finished reading The Shoebox Project last night. It's a novel-length Marauders Era fanfic everyone has read except for me. It was WONDERFUL. That was my Remus 100%. I was laughing and crying and wanting to hug all the boys so very much. (The fact that Remus has a cold and sneezes during his first real kissing scene with Sirius was just icing on the cake)
3. There's a nursery rhyme I'm trying to write and I can't figure out a line and it's DRIVING ME CRAZY. This is what I have for part of it:

Gah! This makes no sense. I'm so stuck. I need to rewrite the whole damn thing. Stupid words! lol
4. I've been ODing on Vlogbrothers videos. I knew it was time to call it a night tonight when I couldn't stop laughing through 4 of them straight. I think they were supposed to be funny, but not that funny. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KQnU8mV3oeE
5. I watched Nebraska last night. It was kind of creepy how similar it was to the trips to Iowa I have taken.
6. Tonight I slacked off on cleaning. I cleaned my craft bathroom sink. Which, admittedly, needed cleaning (I've had the same empty box of tissue and bottle of hand lotion on the counter that was there when I moved in over a year ago... yeah...) but it wasn't a bag full, that's for sure. Oh well. Progress is still progress!
7. I am desperately behind in sending someone's birthday present (sorry!) and in a fic I need to write and send to a swap partner by Friday. It's been in my head for, like, 2 years but I STILL haven't written it. GAH!!*pulls hair out*
8. Work is not making me happy right now. I think there's a fine line between feeling helpful (which I love) and feeling used (which I don't love so much).
9. I broke my expensive digital camera on Saturday. I've been in the stages of grief since. Can anyone point me to a nice digital camera that is $250 or less, has 16x or higher zoom, takes videos, has image stabilization, and takes regular AA batteries? 'Cause I can't find one of those things to save my life right now! The guy at the store tells me there are lots of cameras out there that still take AAs and then he shows me a camera with 4x zoom. Ick. That's not going to do it for me, buddy.
10. I am in love with Italian Ice. I eat, like, one a day. Luigi's just came out with an orange flavor. I love it so far and my tummy doesn't mind it either. Yay!

I know they basically stopped after someone hacked their site, but did they ever write an epilogue or anything? The last chapter I read was basically the fall of Peter Pettigrew; is that where it ended for you?
