I know I'm a terrible person for even thinking it, but I love that it's almost April and it snowed all day today. I love the snow.

My winter = days off work, snuggling up with a good book and a comfy blanket inside, inspiration for sniffly/shivery characters, and watching the outside become magical and white

My spring = every effing flowering flower and tree conspiring to keep me from breathing, and warm temperatures making me sweat when I run errands or whatever outside

It's not really much of a choice, honestly. I do love all four seasons... I would just prefer spring, summer, and fall to last as short as possible when they put in their appearances.

I love snow too. Today we got strong icy COLD wind and only a light dusting of snow, which is no fun. What I don't like about winter is when it's just cold and everything is grey and brown with not much pretty snow like last year. This year was nice, minus having to drive to work at night in major storms, plus my car getting stuck a few too many times for my liking. I'd like a happy medium with lots of soft pretty snow that covers the ground but doesn't destroy transportation or cause my homeowners association to raise dues because we overspent our snow removal budget this year threefold.

My fave season is fall. Jeans and t-shirts during the day, jackets and sweatshirts at night, and glorious leaf colors. I wish the colors lasted longer here.

Spring is better than summer, nowhere near as unbearably humid here. I also love spring rainstorms.
