Awful week, great evening

tarotgalThis was definitely one of the worst weeks of my career; possibly the absolute worst. And it was also the slowest week of my life. Every day felt like at least 20 hours passed between 8am and 5pm. I don't know how time worked like that, but I swear it did. But it's OVER now and, I hope, the situation at work will only continue to improve. Guess we'll see.
Tonight was great, though. Got to spend some quality time with cowboyguy, and I got to see the How to Train Your Dragon movies finally. They are insanely adorable and sweet and gorgeous. Am in love with them. Definitely a great way to put this horrible, horrible week behind me.
Tomorrow's probably going to be a crappy day for me, health-wise. So I'll probably stay in after coming home from the library in the morning and maybe getting some crafting and writing done. But I'm hoping to finally make it to Arlington Cemetery on Sunday, where I hope to be able to track down my mother's uncle, who served during WWII. There are a couple other graves there I really want to visit, in addition to seeing the place in general.
Other random things:
1. Season 1 of Ashes of Valcana ended. I loved it... but now there's a void in my life. I filled it suddenly by binging on episodes of Conan being a clueless gamer. I haven't laughed so hard in a LONG time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SfjLRuE1CLw&list=RDSfjLRuE1CLw#t=1

5. The world of gay webcomics just got REALLY SMALL for me. I follow two webcomics religiously: Kyle's B&B and Adam & Andy. A week or two ago, the creator of Kyle's B&B mentioned this new webcomic he'd just learned about called Husband & Husband. So I started following them. And then, about a week later, they discovered the existence of Adam & Andy. And today the lads at Husband & Husband discovered the Harry Potter POP figures. They're good, fannish people. I approve.

6. eBook formatting is DONE! Just need to give it one more read-through for weird hyphen issues before I figure out how to put it into Lulu.
7. Just because 7 is a magical number... seriously, if you haven't seen Sense8 yet, you need to. The show is amazing. The characters... I mean... THE CHARACTERS! And also the plot and stuff. But mostly THE CHARACTERS!!!
