I just gave my journal a new layout... nothing specially made, but I like it for now. Pretty pretty! Had to stick with the basic color scheme of my website, still, though

I'm finishing editing my Friday fic right now... actually, I might be going to dinner instead... but I'll get it and my thesis done tonight, I swear! Had a late start today... didn't wake up until 3 and even then I had to pull myself out of bed and all. Growl. But I promise I WILL get the Friday Fic finished by the end of today. I finished writing it yesterday but it's 10 pages and I'm on page 6 in editing... so I WILL get it done!

Anyhoo... that's all, really. Just wanted to mention that for those of you who don't actually look at my journal and just read it off your friends page... then again, if that's the fact, you've no reason to need to go and see what it's like anyway. Ah well. :-)

My hand is in pain... too much use of the mouse... owwww... I put heat on it last night but it's hurting again... growl...

Not a huge amount of sneezing as I still have a problem with that in the Highlander fandom. But there's enough angst from both characters to make up for that.

I envision it to have running water and a working stove and toilet and refrigerator… but can’t imagine how that would be possible in a cabin built a hundred years ago on an island in the middle of nowhere. So I naturally just ignore logic when it comes to the cabin
Even More Notes: The image of sick!Richie was planted in my mind waaaaay back while reading ‘Of Sound Mind and Body’ http://www.geocities.com/Area51/Rampart/2940/mind.htm and I will probably never write Richie using tissues or handkerchiefs when he sneezes for that reason. LOL

Allrighty... so I'm participating in the AAA Fest *G* http://swriters.slashcity.net/library/fest.php

I just sent in my request for two of the challenges earlier... I'm excited. It's run by one of my favorite writers and vidders of fandoms and, well, it's a really great fest. So I thought I'd pimp it a little here. There's no RPS, but apart from that, it's slash or pre-slash of pretty much any variety. Happy stuff *G*

It's actually rather confusing to me... so many years in the Highlander fandom with AAA being the scary series-changing arc where the series "jumped the shark" so to speak. But I'm trying to ignore that every time I see AAA in my e-mail (I managed to train myself not to think of the auto club, after all, I can do this, too! heehee)
